About the Event

This workshop focuses on essential oils for school success. You will learn and experience the essential oils used for calm, focus, energy and confidence. It is for anyone working in schools, with children in schools, or who is simply curious about holistic health. 

What will we do in the workshop? 

*Experience the scent and use of different essential oils

*Create our own organic essential oil blend of choice to take home and use. (all supplies included)

*Learn small mindfullness and focus techniques and how to manage school-related stress and burnout 

Important Notes: 

*The workshop is limited to 20 participants.

*The workshop is for adults and teens ages 12 and up. Please only bring children interested in attending. Teenagers 16 and up may attend without a parent. 

*The workshop will be in English. 

*The workshop will start and end on time. 

*All materials and refreshments will be provided. 

*Tickets must be paid in advance through KASPI or cash. Kaspi Jeff Varney at +7 702 832 0126 with your name and WORKSHOP as the message. 

*Refunds will not be given, though you may transfer your space to someone else.  Please ask them to send me their name via Whatsapp to put them on the list.

About the presenter: 

Talley is a counselor and clinical aromatherapist. She is the Central Asia Director of the National Association of Clinical Aromatherapy. She also has certifications in Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction through Brown and Harvard Schools of Public Health. She is an American expatriate living in Almaty.
