Here are quotes from parents who have taken the class:Â
"My child was talking back, misbehaving, not listening, I felt alone in this. I thought I tried it all and nothing seems to work. But parenting course with Talley gave me more tools and more strategies how to cope. After a hard day with a shouting child I would pick up a book that told me it is us parents doing it all wrong. And I would cry and put it away. But reading it together with other parents you learn together, share experiences and it helps you understand we all have challenges raising a child. Some are same, some you are glad are not yours. But there is always a way to make it better. And this course helped us to do exactly that.  It has been almost a year after completing this course. My child still misbehaves and talks back, we have plenty of challenges every day. But I react differently, I understand her better and we don’t get into big fights anymore."-RobertaÂ
"As a parent you know when something is not working. But not always know how to fix it. This course will give you plenty of new strategies to solve your old problems. I used to think that there is nothing new, just threatening and giving praise. But positive discipline is not only a new way but a more effective one"-GabrielaÂ
"We hear the words "parenting class" and we may feel like we have failed somehow, like it's the last resort. People have been raising kids forever without classes, right?! I wish I had understood that this course should have been my first stop when I was struggling. Talley creates a tangible, authentic community among participants. It was immeasurably comforting to learn that I was not alone, that other families were encountering similar head-scratching, frustrating moments with their teens. You start to exhale a breath you didn't know you were holding when you are with the group. Talley is warm and funny. There is zero judgement in the group. Zero. She guides parents with a mix of humor, empathy, patience, and knowledge. She gets it. She's a parent too. You leave with tools to help your family navigate the ever-changing landscape that is the teenage years." -Lauren
